RIBA Insight Customer Service Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Coordinator/Team Leader to join us to cover a period maternity leave, commencing spring 2017. The main aim of the RIBA Insight Customer Service Department is to meet the needs of our customer base through the provision of a first class customer experience. We deal with prospects from the moment they engage with us to the point they become a customer. We work closely with key teams within the business to ensure all of our customers experience a seamless customer journey from point of sale to go live. To help us do this we need to fully understand the customer journey and always look for ways to continuously improve how we work with our customers. We will take on board feedback from both customers and key stakeholders within the business to help us achieve this.

Customer Success Champion

We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Customer Success Champion to join an existing team. The Customer Success Team operates across both of RIBA Enterprises main business units; NBS and Insight. Operating in the customer centre we work closely with other teams with our keys aims being to ensure the customer has a great welcome experience to RIBA Enterprises, they see the added value in their subscription and are educated on our products and services to drive product usage and retention. At the same time we take on board a large amount of feedback for the business that is fed back internally to help shape the development of future product and services at RIBA Enterprises.

Product Information Writer

The Product Information Department is responsible for creating content to represent manufacturer’s product information for inclusion within NBS Plus, NBS National BIM Library and RIBA Product Selector. The Product Information Writer will contribute to the creation, development and maintenance of product information to serve RIBA Enterprises products. The success of this role relies upon creating high quality product information that is valued by end users. The role involves providing customers with high levels of service and excellent attention to detail whilst delivering on time and within budget.

Placement - Service Desk Assistant

We are currently accepting applications from students who are looking to complete a 12 month placement as part of an IT related qualification, the placement will be within our Business Systems Service Desk Team. The placement will commence summer 2017, for a period of up to 12 months. Successful candidates will be contacted after the closing date of 28th April 2017, with first stage interviews taking place end of May 2017. RIBA Enterprises’ Business Systems department supports over 260 staff using IT facilities within the company offices, from home and on mobile devices. Effective first line support is an essential part of the Company’s success. The Business Systems Service Desk supports our staff with their day-to-day IT and telephony issues.
