Service Desk Specialist

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced customer focussed Service Desk Specialist to join the Business Systems team at RIBA Enterprises. The Service Desk team in our award winning Newcastle upon Tyne office provides first and second line IT and telephony support to RIBA Enterprises staff across all sites. They work to support timelines providing professional and courteous service to all staff. Support is given in person, by phone and via remote access. This role would suit a candidate with excellent customer service and technical skills, who has the ability to troubleshoot new or unfamiliar software and hardware technologies.
